The use of any boats / kayaks / bicycles which have been rented from Florida-Dreams,Just 4 Fun will take place at your own risk. Florida-Dreams/Just 4 Fun  will not be held viable for any damage which occurs during the rental period of the boats / kayaks / bicycles. Any damage caused by renter during the use of the boats / kayaks / bicycles will have to be made up 100% by the renter. The renter is fully liable for any consequential damage to other persons or objects.
