Although Just 4 Fun is doing everything possible to maintain their equipment to the highest of standards, we cannot be held liable for any technical defects. In an occurrence of such a rare event, you can be reassured that we will do our very best to be of assistance.
If, at any time, the boat is in a repair shop for an unscheduled visit, we will be unable to provide you with a different boat. The boater assumes all responsibility when handling the boat.
… are equipped with maps, life vests, and all safety equipment required by law. Our boats are easy to operate for inexperienced boaters and a boating license is not required if over the age of 25. Upon the delivery of the boat you will receive a short introduction to the boat itself and the local waters.
If you are still uncomfortable with the idea of operating a boat, we offer a 1-hour beginners boater training. In these 60 minutes you will be demonstrated how to recognize waterways, slow speed zones, shallow waters, where to find gas stations or live bait and much more. We also offer a introduce of 2 hours 100,-- $ with a test run.
Boats are available for a daily, weekly, and even monthly rental to renters older than 25 years.
It is as easy as car driving. You need no Boat drivers license.

The use of any boats / kayaks / bicycles which have been rented from Florida-Dreams, will take place at your own risk. Florida-Dreams will not be held viable for any damage which occurs during the rental period of the boats / kayaks / bicycles. Any damage caused by renter during the use of the boats / kayaks / bicycles will have to be made up 100% by the renter. The renter is fully liable for any consequential damage to other persons or objects.
